No public leaderboards are listed right now.
This does not mean that no active leaderboards exist. It only means that no server owner has currently allowed their board to be shown publicly in the selector.
Private leaderboards are still online and can be opened through their direct link. Ask the server owner for the private leaderboard URL if you should have access.

Private boards are hidden from the public selector but still fully active.
Public listing is opt-in
Server owners decide if their board should be visible publicly.
